Acapulco Joe's has been a downtown Indianapolis landmark for decades - the city's first Mexican restaurant, founded by Joe Rangel, a determined immigrant who turned a rundown diner on Illinois Street into an institution.
Today the restaurant is owned and operated by Grant Redmond, who has carried forward Joe's legacy while keeping the traditions, flavors and warm hospitality that regulars have loved for generations.
